A 100% fee will be charged for no-call, no-show appointments and same-day cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours hours of the scheduled appointment is up to 100% fee or loss of deposit. Cancellation Policy Reminder Messages, emails, or voicemails sent outside of business hours will be reviewed once we reopen. Cancellations are time-stamped based on when they are received during business hours. Please note that cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of when the message was sent. Permanent Makeup Touch-Up Policy Second session appointments must be completed within 8 weeks of your initial procedure. Sessions scheduled after 8 weeks will be considered a maintenance appointment, not a touch-up, and may incur a higher service fee. Lash Fill Policy • Fills completed within 14 days are considered a 2-week fill. • Fills completed within 21 days are considered a 3-week fill. • After 21 days, the appointment will be considered a full set. • If you arrive with less than 40% of your lashes remaining, it will be treated as a full set regardless of the time frame.
